How do I pay?

Message us on WhatsApp with the plan you want. We'll send you a secure online payment link. Card, UPI and netbanking options depend on the payment gateway.

What does the ₹999 cover?

One year of your private AutoZen CRM, the official WhatsApp Business API set up with Meta, and the WhatsApp tools inside the CRM — inbox, auto-replies, broadcasts and follow-up sequences, which you run yourself. It does not include Meta's own charges for WhatsApp messages, which Meta bills to you directly.

How do monthly plans bill?

Managed and Growth are billed monthly, in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — the AutoZen plan comes with a full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. See the Refund Policy for the details.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice from Lets Do Digital, sent to you by email or WhatsApp.
